The Global Health eLearning Center is pleased to offer this course on Family Planning Counseling. Family planning (FP) counseling is an interpersonal exchange in which a service provider and a client engage in a dialog about FP issues. Counseling is essential to ensure quality of care in FP services. This course explains the importance of counseling in family planning service settings and introduces key family planning counseling skills.
