Many of these indicators and definitions are adapted from the Quick Investigation of Quality: A User's Guide for Monitoring Quality of Care in Family Planning (13). The sections on the relevance to a continuing-client strategy draw from the conclusions made in the "Developing a Continuing-Client Strategy" Population Reports issue (15).
