ABC of AIDS: HIV Infection and AIDS in the Developing World
This continuation of the ABC of AIDS series provides a clinical review of HIV/AIDS in developing nations. It begins with the epidemiology of HIV-1 and HIV-2 infections, discusses the clinical aspects of HIV diseases, AIDS case definitions and staging of HIV disease, and closes with strategies for the management of HIV infected people in the developing world.
