Strategies for an Expanded and Comprehensive Response (ECR) to a National HIV/AIDS Epidemic: A Handbook for Designing and Implementing HIV/AIDS Programs
This eight-chapter book is designed to help nations outside the U.S. rapidly mobilize appropriate resources to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic in their countries. The book discusses specific strategies for preparing an Expanded and Comprehensive Response to meet this need. It frames the discussion in the context of the economic, political, social and health challenges already facing these countries.
