• Continuous Identification of Research Evidence (CIRE) is a collaborative effort of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Center for Communication Programs (CCP). To ensure that its evidence-based family planning guidance remains current, the WHO collaborates on the CIRE system with the WHO Collaborating Centre in Reproductive Health at the CDC and the INFO Project at CCP. The CIRE system facilitates the updating of WHO's evidence-based family planning guidance. The system identifies articles whose study objectives concern a topic addressed by WHO's Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraceptive Use or the Selected Practice Recommendations for Contraceptive Use.
• Dr. Jim Shelton's Pearls offer answers to commonly asked questions about family planning. These "Pearls" are prepared by Dr. James D. Shelton, Senior Medical Scientist, Office of Population and Reproductive Health, USAID.
• End Violence Against Women (EndVAW) website was developed to provide researchers, health communication specialists, policy makers, and others with the information and materials they need for their work to end violence against women. This website contains online resources of documents, reports, journal articles, policy documentation, training material, posters, radio programs, novelty items, and other materials.
• End Violence Against Women (EndVAW) e-newsletter is an e-mail newsletter for individuals and organizations working to stop violence against women. It offers its readers regular updates on the newest information and materials added to the Web site and information on upcoming events and new publications related to violence against women. EndVAW also has a web site.
• Family Planning: A Global Handbook for Providers  a 372-page book offering clinic-based health care professionals in developing countries the latest guidance on providing contraceptive methods. One of the World Heath Organization’s Four Cornerstones of Family Planning Guidance, the book has been prepared through a unique collaboration between editorial staff at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and technical experts from the United States Agency for International Development and other organizations around the world. A revised and updated wall chart: Do You Know Your Family Planning Choices? is also available in English, French, and Spanish. • Health Communication Materials Network (HCMN) is an international network of professionals specializing in the development of health communication materials. HCMN provides a forum for health communication specialists to share ideas, information, and samples of health communication materials with their colleagues, and to seek advice and suggestions from others working in this field. Anyone involved in health communication materials development is invited to join. Also see the Health Communication Materials Network website.
• Health Information and Publications Network (HIPNET) Listserv is an e-mail group associated with HIPNET, which is a group of organizations who work with the Global Health Center of USAID. Its purpose is to encourage cooperation among organizations, eliminate duplication of materials, and promote the dissemination and utilization of each organization's materials.
• International Family Planning Perspectives, is an authoritative quarterly journal that provides the latest peer-reviewed research on reproductive health from around the world.
• Maximizing Access and Quality is an initiative to apply state-of-the-art methods to maximize access to and quality of family planning and other selected reproductive health services. This initiative, supported by the USAID, brings together USAID staff, its cooperating agencies, host-country partners, and other collaborators.
• The M/MC Health Communication Materials Database provides digital access to the world's largest, most comprehensive collection of health communication material, including pamphlets, posters, audiotapes, videos, novelty items, training materials, job aids, electronic media, and other media/materials designed to promote public health. The database is easily searchable by subject, country, medium, language, or producer.
• The Photoshare database contains more than 7,000 photographs from international public health activities. Digital copies may be ordered free of charge for non profit, educational use promoting international development. All are welcome to share their photos and contribute to this growing collection.
• POPLINE®, the world's largest database on reproductive health, provides more than 300,000 citations with abstracts to scientific articles, reports, books, and unpublished reports in the field of population, family planning, and related health issues.
• The Pop Reporter®, a weekly e-zine that links to the latest research and news reports on reproductive health and related topics.
• The Reproductive Health Gateway is a powerful tool, letting you perform a simultaneous search of the more than 60 websites involved in reproductive health and related activities worldwide.

• American Medical Women's Association (AMWA) is an organization of 10,000 women physicians and medical students dedicated to serving as the unique voice for women's health and the advancement of women in medicine.
• Bibliomed is a web based provider of health information for Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets and developer of educational software and communication services to improve the way information is used by healthcare systems. It is currently collaborating with the INFO Project by hosting the on-line version Population Reports in Portuguese, reaching not only Brazil, but also some professionals in Portuguese-speaking Africa.
• The Bill and Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health builds individual and institutional capacity in countries of the developing world and strengthens the effectiveness of population, family planning, and reproductive health policies and programs. The Institute works with leadership in the academic, private, and public sectors, to build skills and to enable these entities to strengthen one another and the institutions they serve.
• The Communication Initiative is a partnership of development organizations which seeks to support advances in the effectiveness and scale of communication interventions for positive international development.
• Demographic and Health Surveys provides statistical information for informed decision making in population, health and nutrition.
• International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) advances worldwide the aims and aspirations of midwives in the attainment of improved outcomes for women in their childbearing years, their newborns, and their families wherever they reside.
• International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) is a cooperative network of partners. Its mission is to enhance the flow of information within and between countries, especially those with less developed systems of publication and dissemination. INASP was established in 1992 by the International Council for Science (ICSU), as a programme of the Committee for the Dissemination of Scientific Information (CDSI).
• International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) is the only worldwide organization for obstetricians and gynecologists. The mission of FIGO is to promote the well-being of women and to raise the standard of practice in obstetrics and gynecology.
• International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) links national autonomous Family Planning Associations (FPAs) in over 180 countries worldwide.
• NinthBridge builds solutions that connect people, leverage resources, and help nonprofits achieve their missions through the strategic use of technology and new media.
• National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) International Program improves the quality of life in rural communities of developing and newly democratized countries. It does so by helping communities develop strong locally-owned and -managed telecommunications systems and where appropriate, make effective use of related information technologies. Fundamental to the program are the principles of partnership, self-help, and long-term sustainability.
• The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is an international public health agency with 100 years of experience working to improve health and living standards of the people of the Americas. It enjoys international recognition as part of the United Nations system, serving as the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization. • Population Reference Bureau (PRB) has been informing people about the population dimensions of important social, economic, and political issues for more than 70 years. PRB's mission is to be the leader in providing timely and objective information on U.S. and international population trends and their implications.
• The World Health Organization (WHO) is the United Nations specialized agency for health. It was established on 7 April 1948. WHO's objective, as set out in its Constitution, is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health.
