Wednesday, April 30: Peer Education: What Program Planners Need to Know and Do
While large investments are being made in youth peer education (YPE), more rigorous attention is needed in planning, managing, and monitoring this type of intervention. More than 50 people attended this workshop to address these issues and learn how to apply the YPEER toolkit, developed by FHI working with UNFPA/YPEER, to their youth peer education program. Participants then developed an action plan for their situations. To learn more about youth peer education and available resources, click here.
